Welcome to Lullabi the Label. By using our website, www.lullabithelabel.co.nz and purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

In these terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Lullabi the Label, and "you," or "your" refers to the customer. 

Section 1 General

* We are a New Zealand business based in Christchurch. 

* By accessing or using our site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or using it with a parent/guardian's consent. 

* We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted at the time of your order applies. 

Section 2 Products & Orders

* All prices are shown in NZD

* We do our best to ensure product descriptions, sizing and colours are accurate, but small variations may occur due to fabric, print or screen display. 

* Placing an order with us is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline an order at our discretion. 

Section 3 Payments

* We accept major payment methods including Shop Pay, Afterpay, PayPal, and credit/debit cards. 

* Payments must be made in full before your order is shipped. 

* By choosing Afterpay, you also agree to their separate terms. 

Section 4 Shipping & Delivery

* We currently ship within New Zealand and Australia. 

* Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Once your order has left our hands, we are not responsible for delays outside of our control. (e.g. Couriers, Customs).

* You'll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched. 

Section 5 Returns & Exchanges

* We want you to love your Lullabi pieces. If you are not completely happy, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. 

* Returns must be: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging. 

* We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or personalised products unless required under the Consumer Guarantees Act. 

* Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method once items are received and inspected. 

Section 6 Gift Cards

* Our Gift Cards do not expire. 

* Gift Cards cannot be returned, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. 

* Lost or stolen gift cards are the responsibility of the holder. 

Section 7 Promotions & Discounts

* From time to time, we mayrun promotions or offer discount codes. 

* Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless specifically stated. 

* Each promotion may be subject to its own terms, which will apply in addition to these Terms. 

Section 8 User Behaviour 

* You agree not to misuse our site. This includes attempting to hack, interfere with, or disrupt the site, or copy our content without permission. 

* You may not use our site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose. 

Section 9 Intellectual Property

* All content on our site - including images, logos, text, and designs - belong to us. 

* You may not reproduce, copy, or use our content without written permission. 

Section 10 Limitation of Liability 

* To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our site or products. 

* Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. 

Section 11 Force Majeure

* We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms if it is caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or transport interruptions).

* We respect your privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
