Refund policy

We hope you love your Lullabi pieces as much as we do, but if something is not quite right, we're here to help.

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. 
• Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached. 
• For hygiene reasons, we can not accept returns on items that show signs of wear, makeup, perfume, or damage. 

• Email us at info@lullabithelabel.com with your order number and reason for return. 
• Once approved, we'll provide instructions for returning your item. 
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. 

• Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. 
• Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account. 
• Please note: Sale items are final and not eligible for a refund, or exchange unless faulty.
  

• Were happy to offer exchanges for a different size or style (subject to availability) 
• To request an exchange, email us at Info@lullabithelabel.com with your order number and what you would like to exchange.
• Exchange items must be returned within 14 days, in original condition with tags attached. 
• Return postage is the customer's responsibility, well cover the cost of shipping with your new item out to you.
